Before deciding to host your website with ValBon Company, please read and understand these policies. Members who are in violation of these policies may have their membership revoked and their pages, or portions of their pages removed without warning.

• Indecency Clause. ValBon Company services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or solicitation of any material which violates United States Federal, State, or other laws which may apply in this jurisdiction or your local area, is prohibited. This may include material which is obscene, threatening, harassing, libelous, or in any way a violation of intellectual property laws. You agree that any material you publish which would commonly be considered "indecent" or "appealing to the prurient interest", also commonly referred to as "adult" material, will not be hosted on your site, nor will any links to such sites exist within your site.

• Please do not use your web space for promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities such as, but not limited to, hacking, cracking, phreaking, or promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual.

• Copyrights and Trademarks. Any material that violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, including, without limitation, copyright or trademark rights; this includes "WAREZ" (copyrighted software that is distributed illegally), "mp3" files of copyrighted music, copyrighted photographs, text, video or artwork will automatically terminate your account.

• Your use of ValBon Company's services are at your sole risk. All ValBon Company's services are provided on an "AS IS" basis WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, CONSTRUCTIVE, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

• Limitation of Liability. ValBon Company makes no guarantee of availability of service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of the ValBon Company's service. IN NO EVENT WILL ValBon Company BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ValBon Company HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

• Members are responsible for keeping a current backup copy of their site, not ValBon Company.

• ValBon Company is not responsible for the content of any Home Page, and the opinions and views expressed in the Home Pages do not necessarily reflect those of ValBon Company. The contents of the Home Pages are not reviewed in any way before they appear in ValBon Company.

• ValBon Company reserves the right to remove any page from the system which is brought to our attention and which we find, in our sole discretion, violates these page content guidelines or otherwise is in violation of the law.

• Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless ValBon Company for any loss, liability, claim, damage, and expenses arising from or in connection with the contents of the member's Home Pages. Furthermore, members agree to compensate ValBon Company (including its officers, directors, employees and agents) for any and all losses, liabilities, damages or expenses, including attorneys' fees, incurred by ValBon Company in connection with any such claim, lawsuit or proceeding.

• ValBon Company reserves the right to modify this Terms Of Services at any time without prior notice.
